Muster Controller - MOME

1. Establish and maintain contact with all muster point locations.
2. Obtain a full head count of all POB as soon as possible.
3. Record all missing personnel & casualty information.

Down Manning or Total ABANDONMENT


1. Allow sufficient time for personnel to move from muster to abandonment location(Lifeboat) minimum of 20 minutes.
2. Maintain accurate head count at all times
