Control Room Operator - MOME

1. Assess the situation and take effective action.
2. Activate ALERT alarms if relevant.
3. Identify location of alarm and type of alarm.
4. Send technician to investigate.
5. Activate fixed systems with OIM approval.
6. Make Public Announcements to warn personnel.
7. Shut down ESD if appropriate.
8. Check all PTW for similarities in area of alarm.
9. Inform the OIM as soon as possible.

**Continue to monitor DCS panel for incident escalation. Inform OIM completion of process shut downs or incident escalation.
